Each notarization is as unique as you are!

Prior to meeting you’ll be given personalized quote of our competitive fees.

  • Notarization fees vary based on the complexity, number of signers/signatures plus travel (see examples)

  • In California, the maximum fee is $15 per notarized signature, person

  • Travel fees start at $40, depending on your location

  • Additional fees for after 6:00pm, hospitals or correctional facilities

  • Discounts for 10+ signatures

  • Apostille prices vary based on complexity, so please contact me for a specific estimate

Notary Fee Examples

  • One person plus one signature:

    • @ $15 each signature = $15 + *$50 travel fee = $65 total

  • One person plus two signatures:

    • @ $15 each signature = $30 + *$50 travel fee = $80 total

  • Two people plus two signatures per person:

    • @ $15 each signature = $60 + *$50 travel fee = $110 total

Fee Exception from 2024 Notary Public Handbook

Pursuant to Government Code section 6107, no fee may be charged to a United States military veteran for notarization of an application or a claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit; and

Pursuant to Government Code section 8211(d) no fee can be charged to notarize signatures on vote by mail ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials.
